Charif Solutions is a boutique AI & automation agency. You can contact us at hello@charifsolutions.com.

Data we collect

• Contact data — the name, email address and message you send us via email or WhatsApp when you request an audit.
• Analytics data — with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised information about pages viewed, approximate location, referrer and device type. IPs are anonymised.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider may temporarily log IP addresses and user agents for security and abuse prevention.

Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

• Consent — for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, PECR reg. 6 / UK-PECR).
• Legitimate interest — to reply to your enquiries and keep the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Contract — to deliver services once you engage us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Cookies

We only set analytics cookies (Google Analytics) after you accept the consent banner. If you reject, no tracking cookies are stored. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Sharing & subprocessors

We use a limited set of vendors to operate the site and reply to you: our hosting provider, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), and email / messaging providers (Google Workspace, WhatsApp). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Email conversations are kept for as long as needed to serve you and up to 3 years after our last exchange. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. To exercise any right, email hello@charifsolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
